These white and fluffy felted cushions are hand-made of 100% white merino wool sourced from local farmers.

The front consists of sheep wool locks felted onto a compact wool backing. The back side is made of simple wool felt. The front and the back of the cushion are hand-sewn together with a thick brown cotton thread. The cushions are filled with small wool spheres.

No animal was harmed in the production of these cushions!

The cushions are 100% hand-made; therefore sizes, shapes and colours vary. The wool locks are from sheep that are outdoors all year round, and as such can contain vegetal matter such as sticks and seeds, even though we remove as many objects as we can during production.

    Almut Pohl, civil engineer turned farmer, started Lanamor in 2022. Her main goals are to support the local economy and local farmers, and, of course, to make beautiful fluffy cushions and rugs!

  • Animal-friendly production

    No animals are harmed in the production of our fluffy cushions and rugs. The sheep are sheared once a year, giving wool, a truly sustainable material.

  • Supporting local farmers

    Most Portuguese farmers are currently unable to sell their wool. Many throw it away or burn it. We buy wool from local farmers at fair prices to turn them into our fluffy products.
